1 . Pre-Consultation:
We’ll start with a consultation via email or WhatsApp to discuss your preferences, answer any questions, and plan the session.

2. Session Booking:
Once we finalize the details, I’ll organize and book the perfect studio in Paris for your photo session.

3. Confirmation:
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to review and sign the Terms and Conditions and complete the full payment prior to your scheduled session.

4. The Photo-Shooting Day:
On the day of the session, we’ll capture stunning images in a relaxed and supportive environment.

5. Image Selection:
After the session, you’ll choose your favorite images:

• • 1-Hour Session: Select 5 images for professional retouching.
  • 90-Minute Session: Select 10 images for professional retouching.

6. Delivery of Digital Files:
Your retouched images will be delivered within one week.

7. Gift Album:
For any 90-minute photo session, a beautifully crafted photo album featuring your selected images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks , depending on your location and logistics.

Terms & Conditions

The venue

• The date, time, and location of the photoshoot will be determined in consultation with the customer.
• Photoshoots typically last 1 to 2 hours.
• Customers can choose from a selection of locations provided in the offered options.

Rates and fees

• The fees cover the photoshoot, image retouching, and any special gifts included in the campaign.
• The photographer will provide a link to view and download the selected images.
• Album printing is an optional service, with additional costs. Albums are produced by a professional company selected by the photographer and usually take 2 weeks to complete.
• Final products will be either mailed to the customer or delivered in person.

Please note: The listed rates do not include the cost of outfits, costumes, venue or location fees, meals, or any other personal expenses.

Pre-booking fee

• A deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required within 1 week of signing the agreement.

Balance payment

• The remaining balance of the package price must be paid in full by the day of the photoshoot.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
  • Free cancellation up to 10 days before the photoshoot.
  • 30% cancellation fee from 10 to 6 days before.
  • 50% cancellation fee from 5 to 3 days before.
  • 70% cancellation fee from 2 days before.
  • 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 2 days or less before the scheduled session.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made at least 1 month prior to the photoshoot.
• In cases of sickness or injury affecting the subject(s) of the shoot, and if the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original date, the cancellation fee will not apply.

Re-booking

• If a photoshoot is canceled, customers must notify the photographer as soon as possible to discuss re-booking options.

Emergency or accidents during the photoshoot

• If any of the photographer’s equipment is damaged by the customer during the photoshoot at the customer’s location, the customer is responsible for reimbursing the repair costs.
• Reimbursement should be made within 1 week of receiving the invoice. A 20% surcharge will be applied if payment is not made within the week.

Cancellation by the photographer

• If the photographer must cancel the photoshoot due to illness or injury, the customer will be notified immediately. Alternative dates will be arranged as soon as possible.

Credit for promotional use

• The photographer reserves the right to use the images from the photoshoot for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly prohibits this in writing.

Confidentiality of customer information

• The photographer agrees to keep the customer’s information confidential, including any personal details or images, and will not use them for commercial purposes without the customer’s consent.
